  This restaurant is family owned and operated. The food is fresh (I see the delivery trucks several times a week there.) I love one of their specials, Spicy Garlic Chicken w/ Eggplant, which is about $9. When I order the chicken dishes they serve white meat that is free of fat at gristle. If you like American-Chinese food, like sweet and sour dishes, you should like this restaurant. If you want more traditional dishes, they have that as well (except for certain fish or duck dishes). There food is consistently good and when they have it, I love their hot and sour soup.

  My problem is that they won't do half orders. If you want fair priced Chinese food go to wonderful Chinese in Pleasant Valley CA. They are fair on there prices and will work with you!
